  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, if received wrong or damaged product but product and tag should be unused.
  • Timeframe: You have 24 hours after delivery to return the item.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, and items marked as final sale.

3. Return Process

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at care@sangamvet.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  • Shipping: Please securely package your item and include the Return Authorization Number. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your return.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds: Once your return is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
